Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your pet gear arrives safely. For urgent orders, express delivery options are available. GST applies to all orders as per Australian tax law. If your order doesn't arrive as expected, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate. We currently ship within Australia only.
